Scheduling and Appointments


Cancellation:

In respect of other clients and Lashwell Ink., we ask that you please reschedule or cancel at least 48 hours before the beginning of your appointment. Failure to comply will result in a cancellation fee charge of 50% of the cost of your service to the debit or credit card on file. If there is not a card on file, you may not book until the fee is paid.

Appointments:

All appointments made with Lashwell Ink. require a reservation held with either a credit or debit card that will be put on file. Appointments made online will require a debit or credit card to reserve your time slot and will need to be approved by Lashwell Ink. Once your appointment is confirmed, you will receive an email and all cancellation policies will be set in place at that time. Appointments made by phone, text or email will require a debit or credit card reservation and you will be prompted for this information when scheduling.

Tattoo Appointments made with Lashwell Ink. require a tattoo request or tattoo inquiry form prior to booking. Following your inquiry will be the discussion of your design and payment of deposit. Once those are completed, the appointment will be booked and you will receive notice of the approved appointment time and date. A consent form must be completed prior to your appointment time.

Full Sets, mega fills, extended fills, tattoos, etc.:

A non-refundable deposit of $50 or more (varying on lash service or tattoo size, location & detail), is required when booking an appointment that is longer than 1 hour in duration. Please see “Appointments” above for what is needed to make your full set appointment and read over cancellation policies before scheduling.

Fills:

Lashwell Ink. requires at least 40-50% lash retention for a fill in order to meet lash fill pricing. If you have less than 40%, you may be recommended to reschedule to a full set at a later date to allow proper timing for the service. If you insist on continuing with the allotted time for a fill, with less than 40%, a higher rate will be charged in order to cover extra products and labor needed to complete a full set in a shorter amount of time.

New Client Fills:

Lashwell Ink. requires at least 50% lash retention when coming from a different artist. Whether you are a returning client of Lashwell’s or a new client, you will need to schedule a new client fill. A New Client Fill also requires a debit or credit card reservation.

A New Client Fill is an extended service that will include a short consultation of the existing lashes and determination of service. If a removal is needed at this time, you will be asked to schedule a full set at a later date to allot the time needed for this service.

Late Arrivals:

Late arrivals will not be able to extend fill time due to heavy volume of clients. If you are 15 minutes or more late, your appointment will be cancelled and the cancellation/no show fee will be charged to your card on file. To ensure proper fill time and consideration to your lash artist, please do your best to be on time. If you are running a few minutes behind, a quick text or call is always welcomed.

Small Children, Pets, Friends or Family:

We understand that this is a home based salon but Lashwell Ink. thrives on giving clients a time to relax and unwind in a safe environment, we are unable to keep an eye on your little ones while doing so. With that being said, please try to arrange childcare before your appointment.

Pets are NOT allowed.

Please refrain from bringing your friends, family and/or babysitters to sit in during your appointment. Lashwell Ink. is a home based salon and only has room for one client at a time. If any cancellations or if your appointment needs to be rescheduled, please do so at least 48 hours prior to your appointment time.

  • For both full sets and fills, clean lashes help retention and to give you extra fill minutes. Please come to your appointment with clean lashes and skin by using an extension safe cleanser. Any oil and/or makeup residue can result in the loss of fill time and good retention.

  • If you are coming in for a full set, be sure to have clean lashes and lids. Any oil or makeup residue will effect the retention of your extensions and result in early shedding/fall out.

  • Before your tattoo appointment:

    • Do not drink alcohol or use drugs, including but not limited to pain medication & blood thinners.

    • Get a good night’s rest

    • Drink plenty of water

    • Avoid caffeine the day of

    • Eat a good meal
